2. Account
- You sign in with your mobile number; one phone number = one account.
- Optionally, you may connect a Google account inside the app to enable Google Drive backup. Google Sign-In is governed by Google's Terms; we use it solely to obtain a
drive.filetoken and store the encrypted backup ZIP in your own Drive — see our Privacy Policy for details. - You are responsible for keeping your phone, OTP and biometric login secure.
- Notify us immediately at care@storepilot.tech if you suspect unauthorised access.
3. Free plan and Pro subscription
- The Free plan is offered indefinitely with the limits listed on the Pricing page.

- Subscriptions are processed by Google Play Billing. Cancel anytime from your Google Play account; access remains until the end of the paid period.
- Prices are inclusive of applicable Indian taxes unless stated otherwise.
4. Refunds
- You may request a refund within 7 days of a Pro purchase by emailing care@storepilot.tech with your order ID.
- The ₹2 introductory month and pro-rata partial-month usage are non-refundable.
- Refunds for Google Play purchases are subject to Google's refund policy.
5. Acceptable use

- Send unsolicited spam, scam or harassment messages over WhatsApp/SMS.
- Engage in illegal trade, money laundering, hawala or sale of prohibited goods.
- Reverse-engineer, scrape, or attempt to break the security of the Service.
- Misrepresent invoices, GST or accounting records.
- Upload content you don't have the right to upload.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.
6. Your data & content
You own everything you create in the app — products, customers, invoices, ledger entries, uploaded images. You grant us a limited licence to host, copy and transmit it strictly to run the Service for you (sync, backup, public links you choose to share). See our Privacy Policy for details.
7. Public payment / ledger links
When you generate a public link (/i/{token} or /p/{token}), the recipient can view the linked invoice or ledger. You are responsible for whom you share links with. You can revoke any link from inside the app.
8. Intellectual property
The Storepilot name, logo, app, website, source code and design are owned by Dixigen and protected by copyright and trademark laws. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Service for your business; no other rights are granted.
9. Third-party services
The Service relies on Google Play Billing, Google Sign-In & Google Drive (only if you enable backup), MSG91 (WhatsApp), Amazon Web Services, and the UPI handler app installed on your customer's device. We are not responsible for outages, fees or terms of those third parties.
10. Service availability
We aim for 99.5% monthly uptime of the cloud sync API. The mobile app continues to work offline regardless of API availability. We may schedule maintenance windows with prior notice inside the app.
11. Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". We make no warranty that it will be error-free, that data will never be lost, or that it will meet every regulatory or accounting requirement. Always keep your own backups.
12. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or ₹5,000, whichever is higher. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, lost profits or lost data.
13. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claim arising out of your use of the Service, your content, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.
14. Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time and delete your account from inside the app. We may terminate or suspend the account for breach of these Terms. On termination, sections relating to data, IP, disclaimers, liability and governing law survive.
15. Governing law & disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to the Consumer Protection Act, courts at Hyderabad, Telangana have exclusive jurisdiction. Before going to court, please email us — most issues are resolved within a few days.
16. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced inside the app and on this page with a new "Last updated" date. Continued use after the change means you accept the new Terms.
